Terms and Conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

Full payment is required for orders below £100 or if the goods are required in less than 4 weeks.

The final payment needs to be paid upon return of your proofs prior to the order being processed

In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid. Likewise if only the proofs have been made then a £25 fee will be retained and the initial deposit returned.

All prices are fixed at the time of the order.

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail 48Hr Parcelforce at a cost of £10.00. (See below for other occasion postal charges)

For orders sent in several batches separate charges may apply, these will be at cost.

The price quoted for postage and packaging is for Mainland GB only

Once the order has been dispatched, Card Perfection will accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any of the goods. Any damage must be notified to us within 5 days of delivery.

Proof-reading is the responsibility of the purchaser. Card Perfection cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved. You are required to check all details of the proof and advise of any necessary amendments, prior to the start of the order process.

Card Perfection cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns used in the Order of Service.

All stationery is lovingly handmade, slight variations may occur between each item and between any samples that have previously been supplied.

Card Perfection will endeavour to make cards of the highest quality, with limited variations between samples.

Postal charges for other occasion cards are based upon the value of the order and can be seen in the table below. All cards will be send second class.
